With a team of over 80 people we assist clients in achieving their creative goals from initial design all the way through to the manufacturing process. We have a vast array of expertise – metal workers, carpenters, electricians, designers and virtual/augmented reality specialists. We also have a separate division for the hire of LED walls. Our logistics team works with clients to manage the day-to-day operations of their roadshow or experiential event.

Needs Exploration

During a series of initial physical and virtual meetings we will work with you to assess your requirements and determine whether hiring an existing product or designing a bespoke product is the best route to take. We encourage our clients to come to our factory in Wiltshire to meet our team and see our products and capabilities for themselves. We will also work with you to ascertain whether you want to further enhance your showcase through the use of LED screens, virtual and augmented reality. We pride ourselves on offering unique and bespoke solutions for every conceivable concept and campaign. 

Design Development & Concept Creation

If the bespoke route is taken, our Technical Drawing Team will then take the concepts and produce industrial design drawings which will then be used in the manufacturing process.  For new build projects we create 2D working drawings to aid the manufacturing process. We can also produce 3D visualisations of your concept to assist you in reaching the best solution to showcase your product.

Concept Manufacture & Installation

Once we have discussed your requirements with you and produced drawings to transfer your concept into reality then the manufacturing process can begin. We keep you updated at each stage of the process so that you can see your idea unfold.

Roadshow Planning, Event Management & Audio Visual Support

Our attention then turns to the event execution. We work with brands and their agencies to deliver the support services they require both nationally and internationally. These elements include roadshow planning, driver logistics, event management and AV installation / support. We also own our own HGV vehicles and 4x4s to help transport event structures from our factories to the desired locations. We have been involved in many roadshows in the UK and Europe which have been extremely successful in extending the customer reach for a wide cross section of clients in the automotive, experiential and retail sectors. 

Event Drivers

We have a large logistics team of experienced event drivers at our disposal. Many with over 30 years of specialised driving logistics experience. Ewan, our Head of Logistics was previously employed by the RAF in their Logistics Division. Ewan has a keen eye for detail and will be an invaluable asset to the implementation of your roadshow. We will work with you to provide a detailed itinerary for your roadshow and your dedicated event driver will make sure the roadshow goes smoothly in accordance with the event itinerary.
