The popularity of Pride has grown at an alarming rate over the last decade and each year brands have been out-doing each other designing bigger and better floats. This competitiveness has resulted in Pride parades getting louder, more colourful and more popular than ever before!

 

London Pride Crowds The Clear Idea

This year the trend is for the floats to get closer to the people. This will create great engagement and an electric atmosphere. Here at The Clear Idea we have traditionally catered for all our client’s needs when it comes to their parade float so this year our designers and production teams have been focusing on our low level flatbed floats…..or known here at The Clear Idea, as the “Low Rider”!

The main advantage of a low riding float is that all of the people on the float, the walkers and the crowds are much closer to each other so more of a party vibe is generated. There’s also the option to “four poster” your float giving an opportunity to get your brand seen at a higher level even though the people will be down where the party’s at. Maybe you’d like to add a  dance-floor area or some custom-made props, the decision is yours.

Here is one of our low riders. This float is capable of taking 60 people plus a PA system and DJ.
